Let there be lights, in the expanse of Heaven!

Adonai is Elohim - the Lord is the God: they are one
As are the light of night and the light of day: Moon and Sun
Both shine upon Earth.
We mention light in the evening
And darkness in the morning
With faithful reasoning
Our future daily a-borning

The primordial serpent joined below
And divided above
Had he done the opposite
We would not have to push and shove
Earth would overflow:
Overflow with love…

Desiring to contemplate
