The name of the Lord is PROCLAIMED… upon your head
For you, Israel, are divinely (inspired and) led
And all the nations (of the Earth) shall stand in awe!
And you will never, not ever, scoff at God’s law!

A sign on your forehead and a sign on your arm
Leather coverings, not to keep you warm,
But to act as a reminder
That we are to imitate our Master
To do His will, in HIS way, as HIS pilaster

What is written in each sign?
What is it saying in each line?
Who is like Your people Israel,
A unique nation on Your Earth?
No nation equals their worth!
All their women queens, all their men kings
Their side curls are their wings
The sign in front is the mark of their Maker
That marks His acre

Hallow to me every firstborn:
The breacher of every womb
So when the Lord brings you into the Land
You will not arrive with an empty hand
Forty-nine gates of wisdom He revealed to Moses our Teacher:
One withheld, but plenty to be His Preacher!

The Higher Womb is the Palace high above,
Breached no less, to allow the Shofar to be heard below:
Hear Oh Israel, Adonai is our God, Adonai is One!
Purer than the universe, cleaner than the moon, hotter than the sun.
He is all, and all is in Him!
Our hearts He fills to the brim!

If you listen!
He speaks and we listen
He commands and we obey
From His path we will not stray
The Power Above and the Power Below:
He is the only lord we know…
