Redeem your son and bind him to life
The fruits of your loins will be rife!
But if you decline, the One of Death will take the upper hand
And your son will not see the Promised Land
However, if you DO redeem your firstborn
The One of Life will blow the heavenly horn
To announce to all
That he, in person, has raised a wall
Of protection,
And deliverance he will call!

Two angels stand guard over every person:
The Angel of Life and the Angel of Death
Will he live long enough to learn your shibboleth?
