After Cain Abel slew
Adam’s sorrow grew and grew
A hundred and thirty years
He told Eve through his tears
He would have no relations with her no more
But in the nights, cramped and shaking on his floor
He heard male Demons heating from Eve
And female Demons to him would cleave
And all gave birth to the Children of Adam

Demons are not evil, but they ARE hard on men:
They confront and chastise them
The whip the wicked and cause them agony
To awake them from their apathy
To retrieve them from their blasphemy
To bring them under the Seventh Canopy

The Children of Israel are required to be meek
To be obedient, and to study, and always to seek
Their lives they only have on lease
And they cannot survive but under the Canopy of Peace

When the day is hallowed, when the Queen arrives
Welcomed with blessings and songs by husbands and wives
A Canopy of Peace hovers over all homes
Divided in an infinite number of glorious domes
It spreads across all lands
Washes and blesses all hands
Exclusively for countless good deeds
Like the multitude of reeds
That kept Moses safe!
